Luke Bryan Takes A Big Step In Headlining His Own Concert Tour
Luke Bryan launches his first headlining concert tour tonight (10/29) in Estero, Florida. The Doin' My Thing tour will hit 18 cities between now and December 5th, and Luke's looking forward to playing his new album for his fans. He says, "It'll be a great learning experience, and we'll be able to apply it to future tours."
Luckily, Luke will get to spend Halloween with his wife Caroline and toddler son Bo this Saturday. He tells us, "We think we may dress him up as a little devil...He was a little devil there for a while, but...he's becoming an angel now." The first single from Luke's Doin' My Thing, "Do I," is now a top-ten country hit.
Speaking of "Do I," Luke got some help with that song, in the form of Lady Antebellum. The trio's Dave Haywood and Charles Kelley co-wrote the song, and their bandmate Hillary Scott sang back-up on it as well. Lady Antebellum actually performed their version of the song during a concert in Phoenix, and you can check out their take on their latest webisode.
