Tracy Lawrence Is Back On His Feet After Getting Swine Flu

The Swine flu virus has been a round for quite some time now, with many places still waiting for vaccine. One person who's already felt the effects of the H1N1 virus is Tracy Lawrence, who was one of the first victims of the flu.

“For five or six weeks, I was pretty sick,” he told The Norman Transcript in Oklahoma. “I had H1N1 and pneumonia. It hit me a little harder because I’m asthmatic. It knocked me down pretty hard.”

Tracy checked into Nashville’s Summit Medical Center for a couple days in August, forcing him to postpone a handful of concerts. By the end of the month, he was well enough that he attended magician Criss Angel’s show in Las Vegas. He's now back on his feet, performing and making up concerts dates that the flu kept him from making.
