Hoss started his radio career back in 1988 at WMTN in Morristown Tennessee, he moved around to several country stations before showing up at WIVK, where he started producing Colleen's Sunday Survey. He worked overnite for several years, following in the legenday footsteps of the great Terry Womack. Hoss produces several shows for the Knoxville Cumulus Stations, and he can still be heard on WIVK filling in when needed, and on the weekends. Hoss has two children, Bailey (age 15) and Madison(age 11).
