A Kentucky inmate may be on the run in Tennessee. 43-year-old Harold Hatfield was serving a 10-year-sentence on an Assault charge.
Authorities say he escaped from a career development center in Richmond Kentucky in a gray SUV. Hatfield has ties to Tazewell Tennessee and was spotted in Claiborne County yesterday.
Deputies were called to the 200 block of Little Sycamore Road, on a possible sighting. He fled before officers arrived. Search crews including a helicopter were called to the scene, but they were unable to locate Hatfield.
