Jennifer Alexander

 

Jennifer Alexander started her radio career in 2001 on WIVK working every Saturday night, midnight to 6am while she finished college.  She graduated from the University of Tennessee that same year and then went over to 97.5FM for 12 years.  She retired from radio in 2014 to open a business which she closed 3 years later.  She missed radio and came back to WIVK in 2017 for about a year working part-time and then filling in on middays when Colleen retired.  She left again to work for the Museum of Appalachia for a little while and then returned to WIVK for good in August 2019.  She has been on East Tennessee radio for the better part of 20 years and is happy to be back home at WIVK.  She is also the promotions manager for WIVK.
