An arrest is made in connection to a West Knoxville Apartment fire.
32-year-old Ronnie Jowers is charged with Aggravated Arson and Evading Arrest for the fire intentionally set at an apartment in the 2000 block of Ridgebrook Drive.
The Knoxville Fire Department responding to that fire Wednesday night and investigators determined it was set due to a domestic situation.
