A suspect is taken into custody following a series of fires in North Knoxville.
36-year-old Joshua Linebarger is charged with one count of Arson, one count of Criminal Trespass and other charges after the Knoxville Fire Department responds to multiple fires during the overnight hours Sunday in the area of Merchant Drive.
One of these fires caused damage to the exterior of the Outback Steakhouse.
