An investigation is underway following a fatal crash on Western Avenue.
Knoxville Police called to the crash near Ball Camp Pike Saturday and believe a BMW rear-ended another car causing both cars to flip with the driver of the BMW ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the other car was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police believe alcohol was possibly a contributing factor in the crash.
