Fentress County Sheriff’s deputies are on the lookout for an escaped inmate.
The inmate, identified as James Kelley Estes, is believed to have left on foot from a work last (Thursday) night and could be traveling with a woman.
FCSO says he was last seen in an orange ball cap, peach-colored shirt, white shorts and tennis shoes.
He has short, blond hair and stands at about 5-feet-11-inches.
