Authorities are investigating the cause of a South Knoxville house fire.
Crews with the Rural Metro Fire Department responded to the fire on Brown Rd. last (Wednesday) night.
Over half of the home was consumed by fire and Crews faced serious water issues.
The house is a total loss.
The owner was not home at the time and no injuries were reported.
