Knoxville, TN (WOKI / WVLT) -Knoxville is bringing live music to its outdoor setting this summer with a new concert series.
The Summer Concert Series kicks off June 18 and will feature three evenings of entertainment at the Boyd Foundation Boardwalk at Clayton Timber Loop.
The opening performance will feature the Tennessee Wind Symphony, followed by Pulp Fiction on June 25 and a Bluegrass Night on July 2.
On concert days, guests can enter the zoo starting at 4 p.m., with special animal ambassador appearances and encounters. Opening acts will begin at 6 p.m., followed by headlining performances from 7 to 8 p.m.
Admission for concerts is $15 after 4 p.m., while Zoo Knoxville members can attend for free.
Organizers say the series is designed to combine live music with the zoo’s unique atmosphere, offering a family-friendly evening experience.
