KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WOKI) — Knoxville Police Department detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted on an outstanding warrant for rape of a child.
According to KPD, Preston Rodriguez is currently wanted and investigators are working to determine his whereabouts.
Detectives said Rodriguez may have fled to Texas at some point during the investigation. However, authorities recently learned information indicating he could be back in the Knoxville area.
Police are encouraging anyone who has information about Rodriguez’s location to come forward.
Tips can be submitted anonymously through East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers by calling 877-363-8847. Authorities said tipsters may be eligible for a cash reward.
The investigation remains active.
