Shaboozey has opened a new chapter with The Outlaw Cherie Lee & Other Western Tales, a Western-themed concept album that arrived with a strong showing across several U.S. music charts.
In the latest chart update, the project debuted at No. 1 on Independent Albums, No. 3 on Americana/Folk Albums, No. 4 on Top Country Albums, and No. 12 on the Billboard 200. The album earned about 31,000 equivalent album units during its opening tracking period.
The new rankings also show continued momentum for Shaboozey beyond the album itself. His song Cowgirl climbed to a new peak of No. 49 on the Hot 100 as listeners explored the new release.
The results place Shaboozey across country, Americana, independent, and mainstream rankings at the same time. The album expands on the artist’s blend of country influences and contemporary production while introducing a project built around Western storytelling and character-driven themes.
