Knoxville, TN — A Knoxville man has been indicted for social media posts that contained threats to kill Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, according to the Department of Justice.
68-year-old David Kerr, could face up to 10 years in prison for posts that say, “Time to bear spray ICE,” and “Kill the ice military police!”
Kerr pled not guilty to the charges, but if convicted, each violation has a maximum fine of $250,000 and a term of supervise release of up to three years.
His trial is scheduled for Nov. 24.
