A woman is charged with murder after reportedly fatally shooting her boyfriend.
The shooting happened Saturday on Weaver Hollow Way. Patrol officers and detectives responded to a home on the street to find the woman, 20-year-old Dsani Badgett and Stephen Morgan, dead of a gunshot to the chest.
Badgett told officers she had found evidence of Morgan cheating on his Yahoo account and confronted him about it. During the conversation, Morgan grabbed for the gun she was holding and the argument escalated and Morgan attempted to grab the gun from Badgett.
The gun went off hitting Morgan in the left hand and upper chest chest/armpit area.
Badgett was charged with first degree murder.
