Knoxville Police are investigating after a car hit a person before crashing into a home.
The crash happened in the 4200 block of Holston Drive yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon when the driver’s “booted foot” got stuck on the gas.
KPD says the driver, unable to stop the car, hit a pedestrian and crashed into the home.
The pedestrian was injured, but is expected to survive.
The driver and those inside the home were not injured. There’s no word on charges.
