Knoxville, TN (KPD / WOKI) – A motorcyclist was killed in a crash that happened Friday night on N. Peters Road.
At just after 7 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2025, Knoxville Police Department officers responded to the 300 block of N. Peters Road, where a motorcycle and Chevy SUV had collided.
The investigation revealed that the Chevy SUV was making a left turn from a private driveway to the eastbound lanes of N. Peters Road and was slowing to stop in the median. At that same time, the westbound motorcycle maneuvered into the left lane, quickly accelerated to pass vehicles in the right lane and struck the driver’s side of the SUV.
The motorcycle driver, identified as 35-year-old Mohamed Al-nadi of Knoxville, was thrown from the motorcycle. Al-nadi was transported to an area hospital and later pronounced deceased.
KPD crash reconstruction investigators responded to the scene and are leading the investigation.
