Help us celebrate the holiday season in Downtown Knoxville with our 52nd Annual WIVK Christmas Parade!

Our parade is Friday, December 5th at 7pm on Gay Street!

WIVK Christmas Parade – 2025 Application

This application is designed to provide our parade committee with information about your unit’s involvement in the parade. The application deadline is Friday, November 7th, 2025 and must be complete in order for your unit to be considered. The entry fee is $150. We will accept cash and checks and you will also have the option to pay electronically. We will reply to let you know your application is accepted and send payment options. Please fill out this application and hit submit. We will receive your application and respond to you.

Horses are NOT permitted. All other animals must be placed on a flat or in a vehicle and may NOT walk in the street.
MAXIMUM LENGTH FOR YOUR UNIT IS 50 FEET. This is includes vehicle + float+ any other extension). Also, please note anything you do not tell us about in advance will not be permitted into the parade. If you do not provide an accurate total for your unit, your application will be rejected.
