Knox County, TN (WOKI) – An investigation is underway after a fire nearly destroys a South Knox County home.
Rural Metro Fire were called to the 2500 block of Tipton Station Road Saturday night for an attached garage fire which had caught the house on fire. When crews arrived they found the home heavily involved with fire.
Crews found the fire had moved into the attic giving it more oxygen. Despite their work the home suffered heavy fire damage.
Thankfully, all occupants were safely outside when crews arrived.
