Loudon County, TN (WOKI / WVLT) – A suspect is facing charges after threats were made against a Loudon County elementary school.
According to the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office, detectives investigated recent social media posts that targeted Eaton Elementary School. Following that investigation, deputies made an arrest.
David Parks is charged with making threats of mass violence on school property.
Sheriff’s officials say they take every threat seriously and will respond immediately, emphasizing that student and staff safety remains a top priority.
Authorities are also urging the public to report any suspicious or threatening activity right away.
