The Endangered Young Adult Alert for 19 year-old Hollynn Snapp is still active out of Sullivan County.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says she was last seen in Kingsport on October 15th in the Bell Ridge Drive area.
She has an unique tatoo on her forearm featuring a pyramid.
