FENTRESS COUNTY, TN— 29-year-old Clifford Thomas Strunk II has been charged with two counts of aggravated arson after a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation probe into a house fire.
The fire happened at a home in the 1000 Block of N. Pointe in Jamestown on Monday, Sept. 21.
According to TBI, their special agent fire investigators worked alongside the Fentress County Sheriff’s Office to investigate.
