Brett Eldredge kicked off his 10-date holiday tour—dubbed The Glow Live Tour after his 2016 holiday album—with back-to-back shows at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium on Dec. 4 and 5.
Brett treated fans to a number of yuletide tunes from the album, including “White Christmas,” “Silent Night,” “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” “Glow” and more.
“Since I was a kid, I’ve had the Christmas music spirit running heavily through my veins,” says Brett. “It’s my favorite thing in the world.”
Last year, Brett released a deluxe version of his 2016 holiday album, which featured 13 songs from the original album and five new tracks, including “Do You Hear What I Hear,” “Silver Bells,” “Sleigh Ride,” “A Holly Jolly Christmas” and “Christmas Time Is Here.”
Brett closed his Ryman show with an a cappella version of “The First Noel,” which you can watch below.
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee senior defensive back Nigel Warrior was named a PFF College All-America Honorable Mention earlier this week.
The Georgia native has been the leader of the Vols’ secondary this year and has been one of the major reasons for UT’s impressive turnaround on defense during the second half of the season.
Warrior is tied for the SEC lead with four interceptions (14th nationally) and ranks second on the team with 68 tackles. He also has two tackles for loss and a team-high seven pass breakups.
A 2019 Preseason All-SEC Third Team selection by the league’s coaches, Warrior was also named to the PFF College All-SEC Second Team earlier this week, joining teammates Jauan Jennings, Trey Smith and Brent Cimaglia. Marquez Callaway and Darrell Taylor were both honorable mention selections, as well.
Warrior was named to the PFF College SEC Defensive Team of the Week three times this season and was also named to the PFF College National Team of the Week following his performance in a 45-0 shutout victory over Chattanooga on Sept. 14.

The 11-song set will feature seven brand-new songs, including a collaboration with Lauren Alaina on “Thinking ’Bout You.” The new album also features three tunes—“Ridin’ Roads,” “Little Town Livin’” and “Red Dirt, Blue Eyes”—from his 2019 EP, Ridin’ Roads, and his 2018 standalone single, “Good Girl.”
Longtime friend and frequent co-writer Zach Crowell co-produced the album with Dustin. Songwriters include Rhett Akins, Matt Ramsey, Dallas Davidson, Luke Laird, busbee and more. Dustin co-wrote six songs on the new album.
“Every song on Tullahoma, there’s a reason it’s there,” says Dustin. “A lot of that points back to the people who raised me, and growing up with a lifestyle where I could go outside and have fun, explore and try new things in the great outdoors. It’s kind of about being that kid and learning all those things. That’s my story, but I think we all can relate to the kid who’s discovering, the kid who’s figuring out love for the first time, all that good stuff.”

Over the course of his three-decade career, Keith Urban has never released a Christmas song—until now. Today (Dec. 5), Keith dropped his first-ever yuletide tune, “I’ll Be Your Santa Tonight,” a song he penned with Shane McAnally.
“I’ve always wanted to record a Christmas song, but I really wanted to try and write something new,” says Keith. “So, Shane came to my house and we wrote, really about a Christmas gone terribly wrong. No snow. Too much fog. Nobody can make it to the party. It’s going to be a colorless Christmas, until her man comes through.”
Keith also released a new video for “I’ll Be Your Santa Tonight,” which was directed by Chris Hicky.
“I wanted to keep the video loose and a bit more performance-based than the actual story line, because everybody has their own version of what a song should look like, so I didn’t want to touch on that too much,” says Keith.

Midland—the trio comprised of Mark Wystrach, Cameron Duddy and Jess Carson—will follow up their sophomore album’s lead single, “Mr. Lonely,” with the release of “Cheatin’ Songs” on Jan. 20.
Co-penned by the trio with Shane McAnally and Josh Osborne, “Cheatin’ Songs” is featured on Midland’s 14-song sophomore set, Let It Roll, which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart in August.
The new single features Midland frontman Mark crooning the chorus with his breezy twang, while reference Conway Twitty’s 1981 single, “Tight Fittin’ Jeans”: “She’s bringin’ back cheatin’ songs / The kind of hurt that gets you singin’ along / Something circa 1973 / She’s lying with him and she’s lying to me / She’s bringin’ back diamond rings / Slipped in the pocket of her tight, fittin’ jeans / It’s back in fashion doin’ somebody wrong / She’s bringin’ back cheatin’ songs.”
