Account Executive Megan McCauley

Hi, I’m Megan McCauley, and I can’t wait to meet you and help you grow your business!  I started my career in advertising sales fresh out of college after earning a Mass Communications degree in Electronic Media Management.  I spent the next 9 years honing my skills in both radio and TV at WBIR-TV, WVLT-TV, and Star 102.1.  I truly enjoyed working with my clients to help them find their best customers and exceed their sales goals.  I also enjoy partnering with business owners to help them identify and rectify their business needs through proper marketing and advertising.  I’ve spent the last 5 years as a business consultant for accounting/payroll and commercial insurance.  This has given me the opportunity to learn multiple facets of business and equip me with the tools and knowledge to be an asset to you and your business.  I recently decided to return to what I’m passionate about, and that is radio advertising!  I am beyond excited to have the opportunity to help you succeed through advertising on News Talk or Sports Radio.  These amazing stations provide niche audiences that you can’t find anywhere else!

“If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life!”  Well, I LOVE what I do… and I’m REALLY good at it! 🙂 Please let me help you achieve your business goals.  Call me on my cell phone at (865)805-4139 or at the office at (865)212-4617 or e-mail me at [email protected]

Account Executive Erik Ainge

Originally from Oregon, I moved to Knoxville in 2004 to play football for Coach Phillip Fulmer and the University of Tennessee. I was an honor roll student-athlete and four year letterman at UT before graduating in 2007. Drafted by the New York Jets, I spent 3 seasons in the NFL where I met my beautiful wife, Amanda. We have two children and our kids love it here growing up as Tennesseans.

I have been in the media in one form or another for over 6 years now. Throughout that time I have learned how to take a forward thinking, unique approach to the marketing strategies for my clients. The multi faceted approach I take to building a campaign for someone is always two things 1.) Results driven, how can we increase your bottom line and 2.) Whatever the client wants it to be. I will always give my advice and professional knowledge but you are the client and your needs/wants are what are important to me. All of our team members here at WOKI and WNML are very qualified and professional and would love to help your business take the next step, wherever that happens to be.

Jackie Lee Reveals Cancer Diagnosis in Touching New Video for “Long Year” [Watch]

Jackie Lee Reveals Cancer Diagnosis in Touching New Video for “Long Year” [Watch]

One of the most heartwarming moments you’ll ever see is the video of Jackie Lee and his family singing “Believe” on the Opry stage in July 2016, one month after his mother died from ovarian cancer.

On May 21, 2018—almost two years since he lost his mother—Jackie divulged that he has been battling testicular cancer in an emotional video for his new song, “Long Year.” The song’s lyrics reveal Jackie’s grief over his mother’s death. The new video, however, takes viewers on a journey through Jackie’s own cancer diagnosis and treatment as he undergoes three months of chemotherapy, which began in October 2017.

While the 26-year-old singer/songwriter lost his energy and hair while undergoing chemo, he never lost hope—now Jackie is cancer-free.

Jackie plans to release a new single, “Comeback,” on May 25.

Watch the video for Jackie’s new song, “Long Year,” below.

Sam Hunt Says He Plans to Release Another New Song in “About a Month”

Sam Hunt Says He Plans to Release Another New Song in “About a Month”

Fans won’t have to wait much longer for more new music from Sam Hunt.

Sam, who dropped his first single in more than a year with the release of “Downtown’s Dead” on May 16, says that he’s got another new song in the can.

“I have right now—or at any given time—I’ll have 50 or 60 songs started, pieces of them started, and [“Downtown’s Dead”] was one of the songs in that batch, this one and another one,” says Sam to Ty, Kelly & Chuck morning show. “And I sort of finished them simultaneously a couple of months ago. I do have another song that I’m going to put out here in about a month.”

Sam released his debut album, Montevallo, in October 2014. The debut project spawned Billboard No. 1 singles “Leave the Night On,” “Take Your Time,” “House Party” and “Make You Miss Me.” There’s no word yet on when Sam will drop his sophomore album.

“Downtown’s Dead” was co-penned by Sam, Zach Crowell, Josh Osborne, Shane McAnally and Charlie Handsome, which is the same writing team—sans Charlie—behind Sam’s 2017 smash hit, “Body Like a Back Road.” According to Nielsen Music, Sam’s “Body Like a Back Road” was the Top-Selling Digital Song of 2017, moving more than 1.8 million units. “Body Like a Back Road” spent a record 34 weeks atop Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart, and it outpaced its closest competitor in sales—Brett Young’s “In Case You Didn’t Know”—by almost 1 million units.

Sam will hit the road this month as a special guest on Luke Bryan’s What Makes You Country Tour.
