As Dylan Scott is singing that he needs a new truck on country radio – it turns out that what he actually needs right now is a new recipe for the perfect donut!
Eric Church‘s new single “Doing Life With Me” is from the & album of his 3 album collection Heart & Soul.
Talking about the track, Eric says, “We had a little writer’s cabin that I would go to…and one day Jeffery Steele had this little – that little riff on ‘Life With Me’ just up and down my neck. And he goes ‘I don’t know what this is.’ And then Casey Beathard walks in and he goes ‘Man, I had this lady I was just talking to and talking about her husband and she goes I guess that’s what he gets for doing life with me.’ And I thought that’s interesting. And all the sudden (sings) it just turned into a thing, but it was over Jeffrey’s thing. So, that night in the studio as opposed to having a session guy, Jeffrey Steele played that part and Jeffrey Steele sang harmony on that part and so did Casey.”

Congrats to Morgan Wallen as his “Wasted On You” is the number-one song in country music – the track is the latest single from Morgan’s Dangerous: The Double Album.
Dangerous won ACM Album Of The Year back in March.
This August, Morgan will be recognized with the Milestone Award at the Fifteenth Annual ACM Honors.
“Wasted On You” is Morgan Wallen’s 6th number-one for his career, and the third song off of Dangerous: The Double Album to top the charts after “More Than My Hometown” and “Sand In My Boots.”
Last week as he was making the rounds promoting the album Jimmie stopped by E! News’ Daily Pop to talk about his project, working with Jennifer Lopez, his upcoming tour with Carrie Underwood, and balancing his home life with his career.
Cole Swindell’s latest album, Stereotype, already has two number-one songs to its credit – “Single Saturday Night” and “Never Say Never” with Lainey Wilson.
Cole is now releasing his new single from the project, “She Had Me At Heads Carolina.”
The fun, high-energy track throws it back to 90s country referencing Jo Dee Messina’s classic hit “Heads Carolina, Tails California.”
Cole shares, “’She Had Me At Heads Carolina’ is just about a night out with the guys, having fun, walking in a bar, not knowing it’s karaoke night…and turns out there’s a group of girls having a good time. They go and turn in one of their friend’s names…next thing you know, she’s up there on karaoke singing ‘Heads Carolina, Tails California’ by Jo Dee Messina, and that’s the whole story behind the twist on the song.”
Fans will get to hear “She Had Me At Heads Carolina,” along with “Single Saturday Night,” “Never Say Never,” and all of Cole’s other hits songs and fan favorites when his Back Down To The Bar tour kicks off this September.
Cole shares, “Well…we had so much fun on the Down to the Bar tour that we decided to do it all over again in the fall with my friends Ashley Cooke and Dylan Marlowe. Can’t wait to see y’all out there and play this new music for you. It’s gonna be a hell of a time!”

Back in April of this year Chris Janson released his album All In.
“You, Me & The River” was written by Eric Church, and the track also features the Chief with Janson.
This weekend at Country Fest 2022 in Colorado – where both singers were on the line-up – Eric and Chris surprised fans with the first live performance of the song.
Check it out here…
Chris Janson’s current single at country radio is “Keys To The Country.”
Eric Church’s single is “Doing Life With Me”
And while this weekend was the first time the two had the chance to perform “You, Me & The River” live – Chris Janson and Eric Church did get together to film an amazing video for the song.
Jimmie Allen‘s brand new album Tulip Drive is out now!
Jimmie shares what inspired the project’s title, “Tulip Drive, name of my new album it is the street my grandma Bettie lived on in Delaware. So this album is a lot of songs I wrote based off actual things I went through in life and a lot of songs I chose, I picked ones that tied in directly to moments in my life while hanging out on Tulip Drive.”
Jimmie Allen’s new album includes “On My Way” – a song he recorded with Jennifer Lopez.
Jimmie says “I meet Jennifer for the first time In 2010 as a contestant on American Idol…soon as I heard ‘I’m Real’, I told myself one day we would do a song together and It happened. I’m honored to be a part of the reimagined version of ‘On My Way'”
Another track on his new album Tulip Drive is Jimmie’s current single “Down Home.”
Sharing the story behind the song Jimmie says that “Down Home” is “just a letter I wrote to my father, you know just about tell him I miss him, hope to see him again one day and that everything he taught me I’m still holding onto and everything’s good down home.“
Dylan Scott recently announced his Amen To That tour, which launches this Fall.
The tour kicks off in late September and runs through the first week of November with special guests Erin Kinsey and Lily Rose splitting the opening spot on various dates.
Dylan just released the song that inspired the tour’s name…
Talking about the track, Dylan says “‘Amen To That’ is a really cool song…I’m excited about it. It’s kind of up tempo…a little edgy but I love all the nuances that talk about like Hallelujah, praise the good Lord, you know it’s really cool.”
“Amen To That” is one of the 16 songs that will be on Dylan’s upcoming album Livin’ My Best Life...
Livin’ My Best Life also features Scott’s song with Jimmie Allen “In Our Blood”…
and the number-one hit “Nobody.”
Livin’ My Best Life – which arrives August 5th – also includes Dylan’s Scott’s current single “New Truck” which is knocking on the door to the number-one spot on the Billboard country airplay chart.
Kip Moore is out with a new single called “Fire On Wheels.”
Talking about the new track, Kip says, “A lot of songs start with a very specific idea…a very specific concept, a specific title…this is one of those that the music drove everything.”
Moore adds, “We started creating that music in the room, and it had just such this infectious raw energy about it.”
That “infectious raw energy” boiled over into the video for “Fire On Wheels” – as Kip does his best impression of “Ren McCormack” getting footloose through a bowling alley as an unimpressed clerk looks on.
While it’s listed as “unofficial video” – they can pretty much take the “unofficial” off…cause it’s on fire (pun intended.)
Plenty of fans will be busting out their own moves when Kip Moore hits the road on the Fire On Wheels tour.
The Fire On Wheels tour launches on September 8th in Salt Lake City with the group Boy Named Banjo opening for Kip Moore.
