KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – The Chevrolet Orange & White Game returns to Neyland Stadium at 4 p.m. ET on April 24 with free admission to all fans.
The main bowl of Neyland Stadium will be general admission seating utilizing every other row. Tickets are not required. Gates open at 2:30 p.m. Face coverings will be required at entry and during movement through the stadium.

Normal game day policies will be in effect, including the clear bag policy. Game day road closures will be in effect as well. Beginning at 11 a.m., Phillip Fulmer Way will be closed from Cumberland Avenue to Peyton Manning Pass.
Tennessee’s family-friendly pregame tailgate at Vol Village will open at 12:30 p.m. in Lot 9 (directly west of Neyland Stadium) and will feature music provided by VFL Sterling Henton, photo opportunities, Smokey, food vendors, giveaways and other activities.
The full Pride of the Southland Band will be in attendance during the spring game.
The contest will be broadcast live on SEC Network+ and the Vol Radio Network.
While admission is free and tickets are not required, fans can RSVP to receive Orange & White Game information and updates as well as a chance to enter to win two (2) 2021 Tennessee football season tickets at UTSports.com/OW.
Saturday’s events kick off with softball hosting Georgia at 2 p.m. at Sherri Parker Lee Stadium.
First-year Tennessee head coach Josh Heupel and his Volunteers culminate the spring at 4 p.m. Heupel, who owned a 28-8 record at UCF, brings an explosive, up-tempo offensive philosophy and an attacking defensive style to Knoxville.
Season tickets for the centennial celebration of Neyland Stadium and the start of the Heupel era are on sale now at AllVols.com. Season tickets start as low as $300, with the Vol Pass and payment plan options offered. Fans can experience the Neyland Stadium 3D map to select tickets based on preference. Fans with questions related to seats, views and options can utilize the live “CHAT” feature on AllVols.com.

Tennessee opens the 2021 campaign against Bowling Green on Sept. 4 in Neyland Stadium. The Vols and the SEC return to a 12-game regular season slate following a unique 2020 campaign that included 10 conference-only contests due to COVID-19. The eight-game-home schedule includes visits from Pittsburgh, South Carolina, Ole Miss and Georgia.

Thomas Rhett is following up his number-one hit “What’s Your Country Song” with…”Country Again.”
This is the title track for his double album — Side A arrives at the end of this month on the 30th. Side B will coming later this year.
Talking about the new project Thomas says, “Country Again: Side A is everything I wanted to say when I was 19 years old, but hadn’t lived enough to know how to say any of those things yet,” he adds. “It’s about the crazy journey that took me out into the world over the last ten years and ultimately brought me back home, more centered and content than ever, with a deep understanding for what’s important in life. I’ve had a blast sharing some of these songs in their acoustic form during quarantine and am blown away by the reaction the fans have already shown.”
And when it comes to the new track, “Country Again,” Thomas says that this is more than just a song…he says it’s part of who he is, “I think this song really is about my life. Just slowing down and really trying to look at the priorities in my life and what they mean to me. And realizing that it’s okay just to stop for a second. It’s okay to just to live simple and to really put your priorities at the top of your list – the ones that are most important to you. For me, that’s becoming a better dad, a better husband, a better friend, a better son, a better brother, and really getting back to my roots a little bit and what all that entails.”

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – A consistent effort on both sides of the plate pushed the No. 16 Tennessee softball team past Tennessee Tech, 8-0, on Monday evening at Sherri Parker Lee Stadium.
Tennessee’s (29-6) win marked both its 22nd straight victory over Tennessee Tech (15-19) and its sixth shutout in nonconference midweek encounters this season.
Junior pitcher Ashley Rogers was stellar again in the circle tossing her sixth complete game shutout of the year, while fanning five batters and allowing just a single baserunner on one hit that came in the fourth inning.
Senior Chelsea Seggern and freshman Rylie West led the way for UT at the plate with each grabbing a pair of hits, while combining for three RBIs.
Senior Kiki Milloy also finished the night with multiple runs batted in with a three-run blast to end the in-state showdown in the fifth inning. The frozen rope marked Milloy’s 12th homer of the year and upped her season RBI total to 30.
UT opened its account on a flared single to left off the bat of Seggern that scored graduate student Cailin Hannon and gave the Lady Vols a quick, 1-0 lead in the opening inning.
Two innings later, Tennessee posted its first crooked number of the evening with a three-spot in the third on a single from Rylie West, a walk with the bases loaded and wild pitch.
West pushed across her second RBI of the night when she belted a triple to deep center field that scored Seggern to put the Lady Vols up, 5-0 through four innings of play.
In the ensuing frame, Milloy went yard over the left field wall with two runners on to end the evenings contest in both run-rule and walk-off fashion.

UT returns to action with a midweek doubleheader with in-state foe Tennessee Tech on Wednesday night. First pitches for the twin bill from Sherri Parker Lee Stadium are set for 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. ET.

CULLOWHEE, N.C. – No. 3 Tennessee opens play this week with a quick trip to Western Carolina to take on the Catamounts Tuesday at 5 p.m.
This will be the second meeting between the two programs this season after the Vols earned a 9-2 win in Knoxville on March 30. The Catamounts enter Tuesday’s contest on a five-game winning streak.
Tuesday’s game will be streamed on ESPN+ (subscription required).
Fans can also listen to the game on UTSports.com and the UT Gameday app as John Wilkerson calls the action. Tuesday’s game will not air on the radio.

Perfect Game Midseason Accolades
Tennessee head coach Tony Vitello and freshman pitcher Blade Tidwell earned some serious recognition from Perfect Game last week. Vitello was named the Midseason Coach of the Year while Tidwell was tabbed as a Freshman All-American.
Making History
The Vols have continued to reach new highs this season and set another new standard on Monday, earning their highest ranking in program history. UT is ranked No. 3 in the USA Today Top 25 and Perfect Game top 25 poll.
Impressive in SEC Play
Tennessee’s 9-3 record through 12 SEC games is its best since 2004. The Big Orange are currently tied for first in the eastern division with in-state rival Vanderbilt. With their series win over the Gators last weekend, the Vols have secured a win in each of their first four conference series for the first time since 1970.
Aussie On Base
Liam Spence is coming off another impressive week where he batted .429 and drew five walks. The senior from Geelong, Australia has reached base in 34 consecutive games played dating back to last season. Spence leads the SEC or is tied for the lead in batting average (.405), runs (35) and on-base percentage (.538).
Western Carolina Catamounts
Tennessee hosts No. 2 Vanderbilt for a huge in-state and conference showdown between top-five teams at Lindsey Nelson Stadium this weekend. Friday’s series opener will begin at 7 p.m. and be televised on ESPNU.

Congrats to Gabby Barrett — not only was she just named this year’s ACM New Female Artist, but now she also has the number-1 spot on the Billboard country airplay chart!
She’s in the top spot with “The Good Ones” — a song that is dedicated to her husband Cade Foehner, because Gabby says that he is one of the good ones.
Gabby shares, “The story with ‘The Good Ones’ is I found myself a good one! People would always come up and ask me ‘Oh, how’s your boyfriend? How’s this one?’ and I’d be ‘Oh, he’s a good one. He’s a keeper.’ So, I wanted to write a song, and kind of saying that he’s a good one, and it’s about him,”
Not only did Gabby use Cade as the inspiration for her new track when she was co-writing it, but the happy couple performed it on last year’s ACM Awards…as Gabby sang, Cade was right there on stage with her playing guitar. Gabby and Cade started their love story 3 year’s ago when they were both contestants on American Idol. After marrying in October of 2019, the couple made their duo a trio this year as they welcome a beautiful baby daughter.
