GREENEVILLE, Tenn. (Story courtesy of WOKI / WSMV) – It wasn’t the usual day for a group of Linemen.
They were called out over the weekend, not for a repair, but for a rescue.
Greeneville Energy Authority says that its crews helped the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency rescue a bear cub from the top of a light pole.
Teams were able to help the stranded cub and GEA reports that the baby is “safe and sound” in the care of TWRA.
