Sevier County, TN (WOKI) – Dollywood is extending its popular Public Employee Appreciation Days promotion into the summer, offering discounted admission to those serving communities across the country.
The Pigeon Forge theme park announced the program will now run through June 28, giving eligible guests the chance to purchase one-day tickets for $59 plus tax.
The offer is available to military members, first responders, school employees, government workers, and medical personnel nationwide who verify their employment through ID.me. Qualified individuals can purchase up to six discounted tickets online through Dollywood’s website.
Park officials say the promotion is designed to recognize the dedication and service of public employees while providing an affordable family experience during the busy summer season.
Guests taking advantage of the offer can also enjoy Dollywood’s Smoky Mountain Summer Celebration, which begins June 15 and runs through August 2. The event features the Sweet Summer Nights drone and fireworks show with a patriotic theme celebrating America’s 250th anniversary, along with returning attractions like the “Gazillion Bubble Show” and “Perondi’s Stunt Dog Experience.”
Dollywood’s seasonal lineup continues later in the year with the Harvest Festival and Great Pumpkin LumiNights in the fall, followed by Smoky Mountain Christmas, known for its millions of lights and holiday performances.
