Knoxville, TN (WOKI / WVLT) – The Knoxville Police Department is asking for assistance from the public as detectives work to identify a suspect accused of robbing multiple people at gunpoint at a Knoxville bar earlier this month.
According to KPD, the robbery occurred on July 3 at Ricky’s Bar on Washington Avenue.
Detectives said a masked man robbed several individuals at gunpoint during the incident before leaving the area. Investigators have released a photograph of the suspect in hopes that someone will recognize him and provide information that could lead to an arrest.
Police describe the suspect as a Black male with dreadlocks.
The investigation remains active, and detectives are asking anyone who recognizes the suspect or has information about the robbery to come forward.
