Greeneville, TN (WOKI / WVLT) – A Morristown woman is facing decades in prison after pleading guilty in a federal drug case tied to multiple overdose deaths.
25-year-old Ashlyn Jade Henry entered a guilty plea in January 2026 in U.S. District Court in Greeneville to one count of conspiracy to distribute fentanyl and cocaine. Sentencing is scheduled for May 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. before U.S. District Judge Clifton L. Corker.
According to court documents, Henry purchased cocaine base laced with fentanyl from a Knoxville-area supplier in January 2024 and resold it in Morristown. Investigators say over several days, at least three people died after using the drugs. Two others overdosed but survived and later identified Henry as the source.
Henry faces a minimum of 20 years in prison and could receive up to life behind bars, along with a potential $1 million fine and supervised release.
The case was investigated by the FBI, Hamblen County Sheriff’s Office, and Morristown Police Department. Federal prosecutors say it is part of a broader Department of Justice initiative targeting drug trafficking and violent crime.
