Jefferson County, TN (WOKI / WVLT) – A man on the sex offender registry is charged with aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.
The Jefferson County Sheriffs Office says 33-year-old Justin Eric Bersch from New Market was arrested and they say he has a history of sexual charges stemming from 2011 including aggravated sexual battery.
A cyber tip prompted an investigation by a member of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
