PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. (WOKI) — As the summer travel season approaches, Dollywood has once again been named the favorite theme park in the United States by the National Amusement Park Historical Association.
The designation comes from NAPHA’s 40th annual Amusement Park and Attractions Survey, which is considered one of the most respected rankings in the industry. Members—who are seasoned theme park enthusiasts—have visited an average of more than 110 parks worldwide. Dollywood has held the top spot in the survey since 2022.
The park continues to rack up national recognition, including multiple Golden Ticket Awards and repeated top rankings from Tripadvisor. Industry observers point to Dollywood’s guest experience, value, cleanliness, and customer service as key reasons behind its continued success.
Visitors heading to the Smokies can currently enjoy Dollywood’s Flower and Food Festival, featuring more than one million blooms, seasonal food offerings, and live entertainment through June 7.
