BLOUNT COUNTY, Tenn. (WOKI / WVLT) — The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly motorcycle crash that happened Tuesday morning along the Tail of the Dragon.
According to a preliminary report, two people from Florida were killed when their three-wheeled motorcycle left the roadway on Highway 129.

- Vehicle: Harley-Davidson trike (three-wheeled motorcycle)
- Traveling southbound
What Happened
- Driver failed to maintain lane while navigating a sharp curve
- Motorcycle went off the roadway into an embankment
- Came to rest partially in the northbound lane
Victims
- Driver: Eduardo Falcone, 59, of Florida
- Passenger: Mariano Maldondo, 55, of Florida
- Both died from injuries sustained in the crash
- Both were wearing helmets
